In addition, Mr. Camerato continues to commit his personal time and efforts to giving back to the community. By landscaping the Sayreville Lion's sign and Bailey's Park entrance, he won an award for the "Adopt a Spot Program" in the township of Sayreville. He also sponsors the Little League baseball team in Sayreville and supports organizations such as the Sayreville Police Benevolent Association (receiving recognition in 2005) and the First Aid Squad. Completing a paver walkway leading to a new flagpole and monument at the Sayreville War Memorial HS at no cost to Sayreville Township, is yet another way Mr. Camerato gives back to his community. He also took part in the completion of the memorial for Army Sgt. Benjamin L. Sebban who passed away in Iraq in 2007. The memorial was completed in October 2008 and is located at the Raritan Bay Waterfront Park.
